Public Transportation Paratransit
Paratransit bus service is available to all residents with a disability preventing them from reaching a fixed route transit stop. To qualify, fill out the Durango Transit Paratransit eligibility questionnaire. The Durango Transit Paratransit eligibility questionnaire form must be signed by your health care provider. When completed, the Durango Transit Paratransit eligibility questionnaire form may be dropped off or mailed to: Durango Transit, 250 8th Street, Durango, CO 81301.
